I really learned a lot from this online seminar. I really liked the Top 10 lists Mrs. Schmidt provided for herbs that go best with venison and her tips and insights on what to do with the various cuts of meat. It will be helpful in cleaning out our freezer in anticipation of this year's new batch of venison. --Joe
